    2. I had first learned of Phineas in an abnormal psych class in college years ago. Some very basic info was taught about the frontal lobe's role in feelings and behavior. It was rather dry at the time, not really connecting the man himself to the clinical aspect. Using the scant known facts about Phineas, Lisa has brilliantly filled in the unknown with her imagination and brought to life the remarkable story of a man who survived a seemingly unsurvivable traumatic brain and skull injury in 1848.
